Use Oxen in Haying Clifford Alger and George* Mofflt, of The Glen, have furnished an unusual
spectacle for summer visitors at Friends Lake. In haying at "The Pines," they used a team of oxen
instead of horses. Many of the city visitors had never before seen an ox team at work.
